The person behind rhyn.digital

rhyn.digital is a digital agency specialised in data engineering and analytics. I accompany the entire data pipeline — from server-side collection through enrichment and management to visualisation and strategic consulting.

My digital journey began in 1998 with my first own website — back then with pure HTML and CSS. Through performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and search engine optimisation I moved to conversion rate optimisation — and finally to data & tracking. Each of these stages sharpened my eye for where data truly drives decisions.

With over 20 years of project experience — from regional SMEs in the DACH region to internationally active brands — I have learned: data problems look different everywhere, but the cause is usually the same — missing structure at the source. That is precisely where I start, before any dashboard is built.

From HTML to Data Engineering

A digital journey spanning 25 years.

1998

The Beginning

First own website with pure HTML and CSS. The fascination for the digital medium is awakened — and never stops.

2004

Performance Marketing

Entry into Google Ads and performance marketing. First experiences with campaign optimisation and the question: which data is actually relevant?

2010

SEO & Analytics

Deep dive into search engine optimisation and web analytics. Realisation: without clean data, marketing decisions are pure guesswork.

2015

Conversion Rate Optimisation

Focus on CRO and A/B testing. Data becomes the basis for every decision — not gut feeling, but measurable evidence.

Data & Tracking Specialisation
